We understand from 1 Timothy 4:8 that there is merit to physical exercise, although its benefits are far less enduring and valuable in comparison with spiritual training in the ways of God. Sadly, the lesser form of training is entirely neglected and we end up losing motivation to excercise amidst all the business and distractions (and excuses) in our lives.
Our community would like to encourage one another to improve our physical health by doing group activities together on a regular basis.
Group activities include (but are not limited to): hiking, walking, gymming, jogging and cycling.
